The main street at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is cool to look at. It is themed to Hollywood back in its heyday of the 30’s and 40’s and has a lot of art deco style buildings. I just love art deco because it looks elegant and has a lot of little details. It really fits well with the theme of this park and I am happy they chose to use it.
One thing that has changed since the park opened is the view at the end of the street. You used to see directly to the replica of the Chinese Theater which is the entrance to the Great Movie Ride. But the thing you see now is the Sorcerer’s Hat. I really do miss seeing the theater at the end of the street because it fit with the theme of the park and the street. There is a rumor though that the hat will be going away and I really do hope that it is true. Do you think the hat fits with the theme or do you think it should go?
